Specifications

The Machine can be set up online with a production line.
The colorful human/machine interface controller ensures user-friendly operations.
Specially designed knife plate is change-free within the rated specifications. If needed, the knife plate can be changed in just three minutes.
Specification change is fast and convenient done by a simple adjustment.
Forced insertion design provides high economy. Minimum film thickness is 0.035mm.
Suitable for square and round bottles requiring a simple setup only.
Integrated adjustments for the entire transmission mechanism give maximum convenience for label specification variation.
Accommodates film paper core sizes of 5" 10" with variable adjustment.
The machine can be tilted to facilitate label insertion for straight bottles without mouth.
Instead of conventional control, the machine controller USE chip transmission, greatly upgrading accuracy and speed.
