- This model is made to shrink wrap items that cannot be set up vertically during wrapping process. Such as batteries, lip sticks, cosmetics, pencils or pharmaceuticals.
- Disc mechanism, precise label placement, initial point repeatability, without manual adjustment and index accuracy up to +-0.035mm.
- Cutting blade driven by patented cam wheels can provide clean and accurate cut. Blades can easily be changed.
- Label length cutting accuracy +-0.5mm. Cutting of film transparent area way be fine-tuned via touch control panel.
- Driving motor is subject to torque control to avoid film collision and mechanical breakdown.
- Driving glue-wheel change compensated automatically.
- Feeding motor works with angular sensor for feeding stability.
- Data transmitted by high speed fork sensor.
- Automatic feeding detect device to detect product direction and carry out necessary direction changing operation.
- 4-axis control as main control, therefore motor synchronized movement will be more accurate and precise.
- During operation the Graphic controlled interface displays all graphic data.
- Built-in thermo shrink tunnel to finish the entire packing operation within single machine, no need for further equipment.
- Can be easily changed to variable products labeling.
