Our company commenced supplying Russian market by Shrink label and Shrinkage equipment produced by Taiwan. Shrink label produced with using following material: PET, OPA, PVC and PLA.

For printing of shrinkage label use rotogravure printing technology which is high speed and stable quality technology of printing.

There are following advantages of shrink label:

• Can be used with covering up to 100% surface of package.
• Possible to cover not good quality sides of package by using up to 100% surface by packaging under label.
• Preventing opening before using products.

Shrink label is used in following industries:

Main label descriptions:

1. Thickness from 35 till 80 microns.
2. Label can be produce in sheave which is packed in carton or as cut label which is packed also in cartons with around 2000 pcs in each.
3. Inner sheave diameter from 5 till 12 inches. That is international standard which is used in shrinkage machines production.

Main equipment which is necessary for shrinkage Cut label:

1. Conveyer
2. Electric or steam tunnel.

Cut label is place on bottles by manual. This type of labeling is for slow speed production.

In case of high speed production need high speed labeling. In this case need use label in sheave. In this case need following main equipment: 

1. Auto labeling and inserting machine.
2. Conveyer.
3. Electric or steam tunnel.

During labeling by Auto labeling and inserting machine label position is fixing in same position all the time. In this case label position is stable and same on all bottles. During manual labeling of cut label it position can have some tolerance in each bottle.
